Very informative

Very good service with a friendly touch.

Kept informed by helpful, polite and friendly staff during order and delivery process. Delivery was friendly and informative, only slight complaint was that I couldn’t see if there were any scratches/damage as it had very muddy wheels, alloys and side panels - could have been given a quick wash at the local jet wash. Inside was mainly clean, few flecks of something on centre console but overall good. Set up vehicle easily and it is charging well. Only issue I have had is today on way home the screen kept cutting out and going dark along with my phone call.

Cannot praise Carparison highly enough

This was my first experience of dealing with car leasing. I was so impressed with Carparison from my first call to the delivery of the car. All questions were always fully answered and I was enjoyed the process.

Very easy to arrange despite it being my first lease experience. Friendly and informed staff who answered my questions confidently and honestly. A simple process and my questions were responded to quickly. It helped having female call staff as they were more approachable.. Delivery was successful, although the driver was hard to understand when I asked him questions when checking the vehicle. Very happy with the car and the service. Would recommend.

This was a very smooth and easy process. I like it when you are able to have named customer support staff to contact. Kira, could not have been more helpful when I had questions. All went through very well, great communication which were easy to follow. Car arrived yesterday - excellent service and also I feel I got a really good deal on my Hyundai

Excellent service from Carparison marred by very poor delivery.

Carparison as a leasing company was excellent. Paperwork was smooth and quick. Communication was good and I was kept informed throughout the process. However, delivery was poor. The brand new car was delivered dirty. It hadn't been washed and was covered in salts. The delivery man asked me to take it to the washing bay. There was no proper handover, so no going through the software and guiding me to set things up. He said he did not know much about the car and I had to google it. Anyone taking over an EV like Polestar knows keys etc has to be set up right. There was nothing like that. I spent the whole day to trying to figure things out. I eventually called Polestar support who got me booked to their centre in Wilmslow the next day to finish with the set up and answer my questions. This was opposite to the service I had received from Carparison prior to delivery
