I have taken the time to look at your journey pictures you kindly supplied and agree that the marking on the rear seat does not align with the standards we expect from our dealer partners. As your broker we do not have the functionality to activate your BYD sim but do agree your supplying dealer should have done this prior to delivery to save you any inconvenience, We have already fed your comments back to your supplying dealer and can only apologise on their behalf again and apprecaite they have now sent you a waiver letter as this was your chosen option.
