Fantastic customer service, informative but not pushy from my first enquiry.
Listed all the options and followed up with emails.
Check ins and time frames given and stuck to along the way.
All staff I communicated with were extremely polite, professional and informative.
When the car arrived I was incredibly happy and impressed with the car, delivery and service.

Need to step it up
The service from Tom & then handed to Chris was good however we did 99% of the legwork ourself after they left. Nobody contacted us apart to ask for a certificate so the service needs to vastly improve compared to the service they provided whist with you

I believe that once the deal was agreed this switched to dealer direct to keep you informed but do appreciate that more contact could have subsequently been made by ourselves to compound the relationship. An easy and pleasant introduction to leasing
A very pleasant experience. I located the car I was looking for at a very good deal using Carparison.
From confirming the terms and ordering, completing paperwork and receiving my delivery, I felt valued as a customer by Carparison.
The process was smooth and easy to follow online. I didn't know exactly how to locate my order initially, but I think that was a quirk of the mobile browser. All the details were there and updated through to delivery. Delivery was on a designated day and pleasingly the driver was prompt. The car was immaculate and I'm delighted to be in my new car, thanks the Carparison. Would definitely recommend.
