Having reviewed your journey, we have not been able to find any correspondence confirming that a full handover would be provided by Polestar. To clarify, deliveries are managed by the supplying dealer using external logistics partners, which means we are unable to guarantee a full handover on their behalf. This is also outlined in the “Buckle Up” email sent prior to delivery, which explains what to expect on the day. That said, we are sorry that on this occasion your handover did not meet expectations.
