Iimpressed with how easy Carparison made the process
This was my first car lease and Carparison made the process very straightforward. The communication was excellent and I was kept fully informed of the progress of my lease application. When they needed to reach out to me they did so expertly by both phone and email, which made things very easy. Overall, very impressed with how easy Carparison made the process.

good timing and helpful calls
Great at first to get the order over the line. Very competitive price. Wish the optional extras had been explained a little more.
Had to chase a little to get delivery date and time but all in all a good experience.

Faultless start to finish
From the initial enquiry to delivery everything was perfect, the car arrived and was handed over by a knowledgeable driver too. I would not hesitate recommending Carparison to friends and family. Great Service, great team and efficient!
Still baffled as to how seamless this experience was! Never experienced, such great service, efficiency and price. I made my initial enquiry with Cian, who was great, on the 23rd March 2025 (toying between two different cars), some too'ing and fro'ing between us while I made my decision. Then it was passed over to Courtney who did an excellent job keeping me informed with the rest of the process. And just like that the car was delivered to me on 12th April 2025 by the delivery driver (didn't catch his name) but that was seamless too!
Great service, hopefully the after sales and the return process matches the above!

Quality service at a great price
Great service from start to finish. Spoke with various different departments from initial enquiry thru to delivery and all of which were outstanding and responsive. Great value too, I like to shop around and honestly was unable to find a better deal with any of provider.

Good price for a lease but poor customer service
Car price was v good, initial customer service was excellent.
The minute the deposit was paid...terrible.
I had several simple questions which I fed in by email and a phone call, was promised multiple times by Lauren that I'd get a call back but didn't.
I had to keep ringing up and chasing.
V poor once they had my money.
