Very Good, room for improvement
Process was excellent, as was the vehicle hand over. Improvement suggest, a list of items to check, rather than a single box on a smartphone would have been better.
Vehicle preparation ( PDI ) could have been better, some minor scratches under the front bonnet, plastic, not immediately seen, prior to the hand over. Also, some leaf debris in front boot.

Unfortunately, the vehicle handover documentation is designed and provided by the third-party delivery agent selected by the supplying dealer, so this is outside of our control. However, we will certainly pass your feedback on for consideration.
With regard to the vehicle preparation, the PDI is carried out by the supplying dealer, and we do not have sight of the vehicle before it is delivered to you. That being said, we are sorry to hear that you discovered some minor scratches and leaf debris under the bonnet upon delivery.

Communication and service is great!
The communication from initial contact has been great. The staff on the phone and email are lovely. I had a problem with the dealer in relation to delivery date and Carparison were very understanding and did everything to help. Courtesy calls to see if the problem had been solved were really appreciated.

Actually very good!!!
We thought Carparison were excellent. They had the best deal available on leasing.com. After enquiring we had a short call to clarify everything, filled out an online form, paid a holding deposit/admin fee and were practically good to go. After that we were kept very much in the loop. Best of all we were told the car would arrive in 6 weeks and it arrived in 3. When delivered, the chap that delivered was very friendly and helpful.
My only critique was not really their fault, but the 3rd party leasing firm they use weren’t great. Poor information, poor feedback and slightly dulled the experience, so maybe give them a kick up the back side or use someone else.

The only small problem I had was having to sign the documents several times. It eventually got through but I don't know what was different from the other times. I would recommend Carparisin to others.

Painless Experience.
Dealing with Carparison has been a easy, painless experience. The telephone support has been brilliant and the staff on the phones are polite, friendly and of course efficient.
My only disappointment, it would have been nice to have had a call from the driver 1 hour before delivering my car. I popped out to the pharmacy and i missed the handover of the car which i think is really important because I struggled to set up the car, so it would have been nice to had been shown the basics. Otherwise Brilliant.
