Everything was very easy, the process went smoothly and was made clear. Although costs on finance agreement didn't initially match with the order form, and car did arrive very dirty, however understandable due to the state of the roads and journey distance.

Terrible third party delivery service, however Carparison is very helpful
My car did not arrive on the day it was supposed to, and I did not even receive any notice of this. I was not emailed or phoned to tell me the delivery could not be completed, and I had to wait two days to get into contact with them because it was a bank holiday. However, the customer service was phenomenal, especially two women named Kirsty and Chloe who I was emailing about the failed delivery. They were so efficient and organised the delivery for my car the next day after they had seen that my car had not been delivered. I would recommend Carparison to anyone, however the third party they used to deliver is not great. I did not even receive an apology for the missed delivery from them, however Carparison were very apologetic.

Friendly service but some enquiries fell through the cracks
Friendly service with mostly prompt responses and no major errors. Issues with my personal account handler being away at crucial moments, which delayed the process and a suspiciously accurate suspected phishing email has never been explained.

Which, although unavoidable and only a last resort, can understandably be frustrating. We should have responded to your concerns around the phishing email – there are no identified vulnerabilities our side or any other reports of the same, we referred it to the dealer so they could investigate too. But we absolutely should have communicated better here, and I am sorry about that. If you haven’t already, we’d recommend changing your email password. We were categorically told the deal would be valid until the new year and arranged collection of our old car accordingly. We were then told the deal wouldn't be held meaning we had to pay bridging insurance for the period when we had three cars. We also didn't get any paperwork from the delivery driver noticing scratches on the car.

Thank you for your feedback and we’re so sorry that your experience was less than perfect. We do know how hard it is to align collection and delivery days, and how stressful that can be. I have carefully reviewed your timeline and calls to understand where we could have done better. The initial call with our team in early November confirmed that delivery would be a minimum of four weeks and we stated then that it had to be delivered in December due to the deal terms. I can’t see any evidence that this advice changed by either phone or email so please do send this on to us at [email protected]. It does appear that you arranged collection dates before a delivery date was offered or confirmed by us. When delivery was offered on the 12th December for the 18th onwards, we delayed this as far as we could considering your supplied collection date – with it taking place on the 31st. We do fully appreciate how hard a cost-efficient collection is to organise while the delivery date isn’t confirmed, particularly over the busy festive period, but I am content we were transparent and correct with our communication during the process. As an area for improvement, we will commit to expanding our FAQs to include advice on managing the collection of an old vehicle from another provider. We are also working with the dealer on your ongoing discontent with your delivery experience. Your account is far below the standard we expect, so we are treating it as a matter of urgency and will keep you informed on the dealership’s response.
