Great, great great customer service.
The service from Carparison was great. Firslty I found the web interface to choose cars better than competitors, plus the price for what I wanted were better. Then when I actually started getting into detail I spoke to a real person very easily and was regularly updated by that person. It feels like Carparison are a small operation with great prices and customer service OR a big company that do a great job of feeling like a small friendly company Either way I was 100% happy with them and the car I now have.

Nice car
Wrong colour car was ordered so had to wait 3 weeks for a new one. Staff seem friendly but not very good at communicating. Happy with the car in the end.

Website easy to use. Really good service and the couple of times I called them I was speaking to someone who was really knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I had perfectly. The car was delivered as promised and the partner who dropped it off was great.

Thank you for sending in your feedback, and for your four stars. I am sorry that delivery took longer than expected for your MG4. I can see that you placed your order on 1st November and that delivery took place on 6th December - this did fall outside our expected delivered timeframe of 4 weeks, on this occasion. It appears that there was a delay in the vehicle arriving with our supplying dealer which prevented us in being able to arrange onward delivery to you, for that we apologise.
