Smooth, well communicated and over delivered
Phenomenal service. Great process that was easy to follow, each step explained and over delivered on the delivery time. After another leasing company let me down badly, Carparison went from quite, to finance approval, to sourcing the vehicle and delivery in 10 days. I will be back when I next need a lease!

I ordered my car and was informed I would have it for September. September came and I was told it was delayed and would be with me for Nov. November came and I was told that the engine was being fased out and that if I waited until Jan/Feb they would upgrade Me to the Hybrid engine. January came and I was told that they would not upgrade me like promised and that they had a second hand car in the original petrol engine that I ordered that had been returned due to a fault. I accepted this car as I had waited so long only for it to be delivered dirty with the previous owners religious items in the vehicle. Bottom line go elsewhere I would never use Carparison again after my experience and would certainly not recommend them to anyone.

I want to reaffirm our apologies to you again, Neil. We were severely let down by the supplying dealer on this batch of cars but I am sorry we couldn’t do more to lessen the impact on you. Our attempts to offer alternatives were well intentioned in response to the changing situation and the options presented to us by the dealership at the time. But I fully understand your lasting frustration here and ultimately we weren’t able to deliver what we promised. We deeply care that your order didn’t go to plan and that you’ve been left feeling let down.
