Overall good
Overall very good. Two points for review and improval. 1. Had several late requests to sign documents which could have been done earlier in the process. 2. Delivery driver knew absolutely nothing about the car. Was not able to tell me how to change the settings from kilometres to miles. Why deliver in uk set to kilometres? Was not able to explain any of the buttons

The drivers the supplying dealership use are not representatives of the brand, so they're not trained in the vehicles they deliver. I appreciate that this is frustrating, however this is typical for lease deals as the discounts differ between fleet and retail vehicles, and unfortunately with fleet, you don't get showroom handover experience. If you have any queries, your local dealer will be able to help with the vehicle controls. Super polite, very efficient for a smooth transaction I would definitely recommend carparison.
My car was in stock and delivered to my home within 14 days by a wonderful gentleman from Tesla.
Not intrusive or pushy, carparison treated us first class and made ordering our new car seemless.

Poor delivery
Everything went well up until the day of delivery. Was told csr eould be here between 4-5, then 6, it finally turned up at 8pm. If i hadnt have chased in the afternoon after no communication im not sure jt would have even turned up. The driver was keen to leave wasnt shown any of the controls or even got to turn the engine on. It also wasnt cleaned when it arrived and so was a disappointing experience

The delivery is handled by a third-party provider and is outside of our direct control, however, we completely understand that this does not excuse the lack of communication you experienced from them. Up until the delivery day, everything from our Carparison team appears to be on track with a short lead time so it is sad to hear the handover did not meet the standard we aim to uphold. I have sent you an email directly regarding the car not being cleaned prior. This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers and we’ll be passing your feedback to the relevant parties to ensure it’s taken seriously and improvements are made.
