Poor customer service.
Changed lender, but didn’t point out details of downgraded deal ( almost double excess mileage charge etch.. Car was delivered with 30 miles range remaining. Fault on car meant I couldn’t charge it! Very stressful situation. Carparison were no help and didn’t want to know. In fact still have not contacted me back.

Thank you for sending through your feedback. I am incredibly sorry that you feel so discontent with the service provided as I can see how hard the team worked on your behalf. We were forced to change funder due to an original decline, which actually did involve an absorption of costs on our part to keep the monthly cost down. The excess mileage you signed for on your order form is as per your live contract, and while this figure is funder-dependent and therefore may have changed during the sales process, this was not purposefully withheld from you. We are also careful to communicate prior to delivery that your new car can only arrive with enough fuel/charge to reach a charging station – this was sent to the email address we have on file for you but we’re sorry if this came as a surprise. It is completely understandable that a vehicle fault would be concerning. I can see that we arranged for the supplying dealership to call you with guidance as well as booking in with your local dealership to diagnose the fault. As far as we are aware, they couldn’t replicate the problem. But if you do still need our assistance here we would be happy to help, so please do get back in touch on [email protected]. Once again, I am very sorry that you feel our service fell short as we want nothing but completely happy customers. But I am content that our team did their best by you in the circumstances. Excellent Communicated
Great communication from start to finish. The only disappointment was on delivery day when our car, scheduled to be delivered at 6:30pm(Already late into the day) was pushed back to 9:30pm. Not the fault of Carparison but definitely took the shine off receiving our new car

Quite a few issues
I ordered the first car and waited for a delivery date only to find out that others who Had ordered their cars After me had received their vehicles and I still didn’t have a delivery date so we cancelled that order and we ordered another car pretends it had to be delivered quickly again left waiting with no delivery date until I challenged Car would arrive only To be told the car was not available. On the third attempt, everything went well

I have reviewed your full timeline and can see the issues we had with car availability and then a failed PDI. So, we really appreciate you bearing with us, and I want to reassure you about how hard our team worked behind the scenes in these unlikely circumstances. Including (and rightly) significantly reducing our income in the car in a gesture to recognise the issues caused. Others may have received their car first if the car we ordered for them didn’t experience issues – cars are ordered chronologically in someone’s name but they progress from there based on the status of the car. We are unable to get the order to the point of delivery and then order the car due to funder requirements, but this does mean some receive their car earlier than those who ordered before them. We are very sorry that your experience wasn’t the seamless one we aim for, but we hope your ongoing journey is a far better one. And we’re here if you need us. Best wishes, Charlotte
