Problems are inevitable, but Carparison did their best to be helpful
They advertised a vehicle that turned out not to be available. Signing contracts turned out to be a bit of a mission. There was very little information available about the vehicle when it was delivered. In my experience, these are standard problems with vehicle leasing companies because of the level of indirection involved in the transaction: the customer deals with an organisation that does not provide either the car or the finance. However, Carparison staff did their best to be helpful and sort out problems.

Excellent service the delivery let it down slightly
From my first interaction with car parison I was 100 pleased
With the service there communication is second to none they have the best deals around ordering was simple and I was kept updated with everything I will 100 percent recommend and use carnation again my only disappointment was I did not receive a call 1 hour before the vehicle was delivery as stated the car also came dirty particularly outside and finger prints all over the info screen and also a dirty trade plate was left in the back of the car the driver who delivered it didn’t seem that intrested in anything and just couldn’t wait to leave so for the delivery I have knocked it down to 4 stars other than that everything was spot on and i look forward to use them again soon

Very smooth service, whole process from order to delivery 3 weeks
It was a very smooth transaction. There were no issues with any part of the application process or car delivery. The whole process took 3 weeks, less than it took our local dealer to refund the deposit on an order we placed 7 months ago.

Upon taking the car to your local dealer, the issue will be investigated under warranty - but we do appreciate the extra hassle involved. It is a pleasure to help and we very much understand your concerns. It is also very helpful that we know what you're dealing with as it ensures we choose the right partners going forward. Most importantly, we are sorry that you feel let down by the aftersales support received - although our power over the process is limited, our intention is to delight customers and we are genuinely sorry you feel this hasn't been the case.
Our team will be in touch with the supplying dealer today to advise of your circumstances and what usually happens is they agree to reimburse any applicable additional miles if you exceed your mileage limit at the end of your term. It can be trickier with warranty issues as these aren't noted on the delivery paperwork.
But as we think this should have been picked up by them during the pre-delivery checks, we will do all we can for you here.
I am advised that we are accustom to a bit of a wait for a response, so want to reassure you that we're working on this for you and will let you know as soon as we hear from them. Our advice would be to proceed to arrange the repair as soon as possible, but we can understand you wanting to wait on the verdict here before doing so.
We are able to book this in on your behalf, but it does entail a bit of back and forth to ensure the dates suit both you and the dealership - so our experience is that it becomes more of a hindrance and a help. We are happy to do so, so please let me know if we can assist.
It is incredibly disappointing for a new car to arrive in less than perfect condition, and it isn't what you or we signed up for.
