Great service start to finish. Initial quote and discussions with Chris were honest, clear, and efficient - didn’t feel like a sales pitch at all. Paperwork was straightforward, then passed to Louise in admin who made the whole process a breeze. Really impressed with the all round service.

I have used many brokers in the past and I was very impressed with the efficiency and courtesy in which they (Chris Bagwell in particular) dealt with my enquiry and eventual supply of my Tesla. Upon collection, the car was beautifully prepared and the Carparison Team helped with explaining everything. I even recommended a friend who ordered 2 Tesla's for his company! Highly recommended - customer service as it should be, 5 stars ++ .

Brilliant

I have always used big name garages to get my cars and decided this time to try leasing so I was not sure what to expect. My experience with Carparison has been exceptional from the moment I enquired about different cars. The process was smooth and clear. There was one issue with delivery of my car (which was not the fault of Carparison) however this issue was dealt with exceptional professionalism - big shout out to Katie who was brilliant. I highly recommend Carparison and will not hesitate to use them again when it comes to changing my car next time. A much better experience than the big name garage franchises.

If you want to be ignored once they have your money, go with these guys!

Once they received my money and the deal was done, it became increasingly difficult to get hold of them. I spoke to the broker only once at the start and was then passed onto the Sales Admin. Once I had paid my Admin fee and the deal was done, it became nigh on impossible to get hold of her. Katie never returned my calls despite her colleagues taking the brunt of my frustrations and promising me a call back. Instead she decided to email me last minute before close of business so she didn't have to talk to me. I'm still waiting on that call back to this day! The car was delivered dirty as it had been driven 200 miles here. The driver claimed that the car should be delivered clean and that they couldn't get it done because of the car washes being closed. But I still haven't received confirmation from Carparison that they will reimburse me the costs to go and get the car cleaned myself. The car is perfect and I love it, just a shame you have to deal with unprofessional brokers who ruin the experience for you. It would've been nice to have had an email (even a 1 liner) from the broker on the date of delivery, just to say something like 'Hope you enjoy your new car, any problems, let me know, etc.'. Clearly this was too much to ask for. If they have the car you want at a good price then go for it, just don't expect too much from them and if you have any questions, don't bother asking them. Ask someone who cares
