Good initial service, delay in delivery.
Straight forward process to order and delivery was fine. Vehicle was in good excellent condition and as ordered, the only thing that negatively affected the process was the delay in the dealership supplying the vehicle (approximately 4 weeks late) and the lack of communication about the delivery times.

Great service, recommended
I would definitely recommend. Chris was friendly, polite and responsive in setting up the deal. Emma came back on my various admin queries fully and promptly. The lease cost was highly competitive and the car was delivered in a little over a week. It really did remove the usual hassle out of acquiring a vehicle.

Friendly, efficient service
Service was very efficient and friendly and most important I was kept up to date with progress in an easy to understand way. When an error was made by the Company my query was responded to immediately with correction and apology. Katie whom I mostly dealt with seemed to care about having a happy customer

Excellent service, every question I had was answered contacted me with updates on the progress of my request for the contract.
everything was done over the internet with follow up phone calls to explain how it all worked and any issues to contact them can not fault them at all.
Delivery was fast and efficient they gave me a date and was contacted the night before to advise of delivery time by the delivery driver.
