Cannot recommend highly enough!
Very easy to deal with, great communication throughout the leasing process. Their price for the car I wanted was over £50 per month cheaper than the next cheapest lease company, and I wasn't charged extra for metallic paint.

Dealer let you down!
Late delivery of the car by the dealer plus leaving only 26 miles of petrol left us with a sour taste I'm afraid.

Thank you for your feedback and we are so sorry that your experience was less than perfect. We know an AM delivery was important to you and apologise for the inconvenience caused by the driver becoming delayed. While we expect them to leave you with far more than this, contractually cars do only need to arrive with sufficient fuel to get you to the nearest fuel station. Although we include this in pre-delivery communication, we will ensure this is clearer going forward. If this wasn’t enough on this occasion, please let us know. My contact, Clare Gibson was brilliant. Really helpful, and even though I had other lease companies approaching me, including my previous lease company courting me to stay with them. Clare's attentivness and customer service made me go with Carparison. Even with time wasted by one of the lenders, she moved quickly to secure a new lender before my old lease ran out.
