Always rang back/ emailed when they said they would. Told me in advance when out of office and who I should speak to in their absence. Very polite and helpful. Friendly staff too. Very efficient.

Really very pleased with the service we received, especially from Chris and Kate. From dropping them a note of interest over the weekend (when they were closed), all the paperwork and checks were carried out, car readied and we collected it on the Friday. It was a great service we received and it was nice to know that they have seen the car we were looking for as it was in the garage just next door.
The result was that we collected the car within 5 days of starting the process - top marks
