Poor customer service

During the sales process the service was great. As soon as money had been exchanged, the service was literally non-existent. I had to consistently chase up the admin team for updates (including making the payment!) I was often promised phone calls which never happened unless I called them. I wouldn’t really recommend their service but their pricing was competitive.

I’ve leased many cars, and they all avoid your calls and let you down. Not with these guys, they were completely excellent and always kept me informed

Carparison made the whole process easy from start to delivery. Communication throughout the process was quick and informative - nothing was too much trouble. Kate Champion was there for every query and effectively managed the Covid19-related delays and kept me fully informed throughout. I can thoroughly recommend Carparison to anyone looking to lease a vehicle.

From my initial enquiry, I found the service excellent with prompt responses to any queries I had, really clear emails and what was required to complete my car purchase. Katie, Andy and Josh were a pleasure to deal with, and John who delivered the car to me. I’d highly recommend such a professional company and would like to day thank you, especially as I adore the new car.

Perfect service buying an A Class

Great experience with Carparison from start to finish. James found me the exact car that I wanted at a great price and both Katies always kept me up to date throughout the rest of the process. The car was then delivered by someone from the Mercedes dealership. I was told delivery would be 2-3 weeks but from me first contacting James about the car to it being delivered, the whole process actually took less than two weeks.

From start to finish Chris and Katie were very efficient.

Great service just a couple of things missing on the car

Very quick response to my query and all the paperwork from Carparison was done quickly. The external leasing company took a few days but not sure how much of that is in Carparisons control. I ordered a Premium mercedes A Class which should have included wireless charging and Android Auto. Unfortunately this was not in the car that was delivered. Double check the spec of the car that is being given to you and don't take for granted you will get everything in the Executive/Premium/Premium Plus packs.

So far, so good Matt has been great with the advice he has given.

Asked for a quote on a new Mercedes A200d, Chris replied within a couple of hours with a few prices and options. Once i had chosen an option Kate took over regarding all the paperwork which was all completed online. Due to COVID 19 there was a delay in the delivery of my vehicle for a couple of months but i was told this beforehand and was happy to accept. A delivery date was agreed but the Friday before delivery i was informed there was an issue with the car during final checks and it would be delayed. After a couple of e-mails and telephone calls Kate arranged for a temporary car to be delivered for a week until mine was ready. New car was delivered, good handover, car immaculate throughout and no other issues. Would highly reccomend the team and the only reason its 4 stars and not 5 is due to the slight delay in between and a bit of chasing up i had to do.
