We are so sorry and are extremely disappointed to hear of your delivery experience, thank you for taking the time to raise this with us. All deliveries are driven to our customers, unless otherwise arranged, and the delivery mileage does not count towards your annual mileage limit. Nevertheless, we must apologise that this wasn't anticipated. Your experience with the delivery driver was unacceptable and we will be raising this with the dealership as a matter of urgency. We are stringent on our COVID-19 regulations for the safety of all involved so are both concerned and shocked by your account. Please send any further detail to us at [email protected] so we can investigate fully and update you on any response we receive from the supplying dealership. May we send our sincere apologies again and our reassurance that we will work with the dealership involved to ensure this doesn't happen again.

We have had an update from the dealership regarding the points you have raised to us and we would therefore like to provide this update: Firstly, they have communicated their sincere apologies for the way you were made to feel during your handover. They have confirmed that the delivery driver in question was exempt from wearing a mask for medical reasons but nevertheless recognise that this would be disconcerting. They will therefore reconsider how they make medical exemptions apparent to recipients going forward. The alcohol smell they have attributed to the products used to clean and sanitise the vehicle upon arrival. Once again, we sincerely regret the experience you have had with the delivery of your lease car and we thank you for bringing it to our attention.
