Carparison - well worth a look
Apart from a glitch with securing a vehicle back in June 2021 (no fault of Carparison) and the 28 week delivery time until Thursday 3 February 2022, the team at Carparison (Yasmin Henbury and Katie Chisholm) kept me updated with latest delivery times, and the like. Handled very professionally. Also, the lease signed in June 2021 and the rate quoted then were honored. All in all, very satisfied.

Not like the others!!
Excellent customer service from the start, answered all my questions, not pushy, left me to decide as I asked but soon as I wanted to go ahead they processed my details and application really quick. Nothing was an issue like I’ve experienced before, signing forms etc all done electronically as you’d expect but had issues with other companies in the past. Kept in the loop through the process, I was lucky that my car was in stock and from order to delivery was under 2 weeks!

Great service turned slightly sour.
Pros- quick turnaround, cheaper than competitors. Phil was very helpful. The car is great.
Cons- added a tenner a month onto the original price, offered me reduced delivery fees to compensate but then proceeded to try and charge me the full £500 delivery fee. Katie ignored my email when I questioned this.

I won't look elsewhere in the future - Carparison were above and beyond.
Yasmin who initially got in touch with me was extremely helpful (above and beyond what I would expect). I was very picky and asked a lot of questions and it took me a while to make up my mind. Yasmin was understanding all the way through the process and extremely professional with dealing with me. All responses were helpful and quick. I will also say the same for Louise upon ordering the vehicle. The turn around of the delivery was brilliant and response times every time i got in touch was fantastic. I can't thank the staff enough.

Presales was excellent, to make the deal happen smoothly& efficiently
Initial enquiry dealt with exceptionally professionally and efficiently. Yasmin and Emma were excellent in keeping me in the loop, answering my queries and managing the matter.
Only issue was on the handover - as I had 110 miles to get home, I did request the car to be charged to 80% but on collection it was only on 34%, so that was a little disappointing. Unfortunately the Tesla specialist was not on site for my collection, so had no assistance with the handover of the vehicle, which was again a little frustrating.
Everything else was perfect.

I am sorry to hear that we were unable to fulfil your request to charge to 80% on your vehicle ready for collection. All vehicles that are either being collected or delivered via our site will have a minimum of 30% charge. We would really like to be able to charge the vehicles above the minimum standard, however due to the volume of vehicles that are leaving our site, the capacity to do this is not always possible. We do appreciate the inconvenience the lack of charge may have caused and we sincerely hope that your ongoing journey was enjoyable despite this.
With regards the handover itself, we are very sorry that our Tesla specialist wasn’t available at the time of your collection, however we would happily talk you through any queries you may have over the phone.
